Abstract

With the great changes that the world is currently experiencing, where the interactions that are on the other side of the globe affect our social, cultural or economic situations, it is necessary to understand the dynamics that all these new currents have in society, based on the fact that the policies that Whether they are applied in Europe, the United States, Chile or Mexico, they do not have the same relevance as in other geographical contexts. This is because the changes brought about in the behavior of the different interest groups are not the same. That is to say, as in the local sphere, they adopt volatile and diverse behaviors that can be provoked regionally, nationally and internationally.
