Abstract

This presentation seeks to show the advantages and importance of industrial parks in the development of national, regional and / or local special zones, by increasing quality and satisfying the internal demand for goods and services and meeting external commercial needs, through growth. the number of projects and the diversification in their approaches and sizes; not only because they contribute to industrialization processes, but because they adapt to the conditions that arise in socioeconomic development, whose goals are defined in recent years more complex tan before.

Worldwide, industrial parks strategically plan production and promote endogenous development, they also improve the socioeconomic conditions of the population, their existence represents the reason for their participation in the promotion of regions and relocate the companies that are installed in them.

The methodology is descriptive and explanatory of endogenous development theories and the role of industrial parks as endogenous development strategies; the analysis is theoretical-explanatory and the theme corresponds to business development.
