Mundialmente,

los

parques

industriales

planifican

estratégica

la

producción

e

impulsan

el

desarrollo

endógeno,

también

mejoran

las

condiciones

socioeconómicas

de

la

población,

su

existencia representa el motivo de su participación en el fomento de las regiones y relocalizan de

las empresas que en ellos se instalan.

La metodología es de tipo descriptivo y explicativo de las teorías del desarrollo endógeno y del

papel de los parques industriales como estrategias de desarrollo endógeno; el análisis es teórico–

explicativo y la temática corresponde al desarrollo empresarial.

Las fuentes de información es la revisión documental de la teoría y experiencias sobre el desarrollo

Abstract

This

presentation

seeks

to

show

the

advantages

and

importance

of

industrial

parks

in

the

development of national, regional and / or local special zones, by increasing quality and satisfying

the

internal

demand

for

goods

and

services

and

meeting

external

commercial

needs,

through

growth.

the

of

projects

and

the

diversification

in

their

approaches

and

sizes;

not

only

because they contribute to industrialization processes, but because they adapt to the conditions that

arise in socioeconomic development, whose goals are defined in recent years more complex than

before.

Worldwide,
